Permissions

Clarifeye provides a flexible permissions system to control access to your warehouse.

How it works

Those permissions are defined at the warehouse level and user level. Clarifeye offers three roles:
  • Admin - Full access to manage teammate, including changing settings, uploading documents, creating extractors and running tasks.
  • Technical Viewer - Read-only access to both the standard and technical interface. Users can explore the knowledge schema, objects and use the retrievers.
  • Viewer - Read-only access to the standard interface only.

How to add users

You need to be an admin to add users to the warehouse.
  1. Go to the warehouse settings
  2. Click on the “Users” tab
  3. Click on the “Invite user” button
  4. Enter the user’s email
  5. Select the user’s role
  6. Click on the “Invite user” button
